Shadow Carriage are simply the best. I was handling an event with almost 100 separate trips, and they handled the entire thing with grace and elegance. They are unbelievably patient, supportive and brilliant. If you are thinking of using them, do. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have used Shadow Carriage for business travel for a number of years. From booking through to collection and drop-off, they are always efficient and polite. The cars and drivers are smart, well presented and punctual and in the event of any issues, such as traffic delays or problems with pick-up point, communication is excellent. On a personal note, we received exceptional service when I booked Shadow to take my elderly parents home; my father struggled to get out of the car and the driver could not have been more courteous or kind. Shadow are well worth a 5-star review (or higher) and I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Shadow Carriage were fantastic to work with, super helpful and accommodating and really reliable. The vehicle was executive level and spotless and the driver was very efficient. The office team were great at reacting to changes and even extended the booking by an hour at short notice, happily changed pick up and drop off points and helpful in reacting to changes coming out of train cancellations. Would definitely recommend.
